We installed a liquid-applied water-resistive barrier, then adhered rigid insulation boards to the surface using the channeled adhesive method. Our crew performed an EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System) application at the Cost Plus World Market store in Bellevue, WA, working with Senergy materials on top of the existing dense glass substrate. Every joint and opening received liquid-applied weather barrier treatment prior to attaching rigid insulation boards using the channeled adhesive technique. We then incorporated Senergy's base coat along with fiberglass mesh reinforcement to provide durability and prevent cracking. Custom EPS molding was fabricated and mounted at both the mid wall and top wall sections, while decorative detail lines were carved throughout the entire surface. After allowing adequate cure time, we applied the final coat with color and texture aligned with Cost Plus World Market's corporate aesthetic. We successfully balanced tight scheduling requirements with our commitment to workmanship quality. The resulting system offers improved thermal insulation, dependable moisture protection, and an attractive exterior upgrade. We completed this EIFS project for Arby's using Dryvit systems. We started by applying a liquid applied weather barrier, then mounted foam insulation boards to the exterior. After adding Dryvit's base coat with fiberglass reinforcement, we troweled on the finish coat in Arby's brand colors. To create the desired look, we used stenciling to add brick patterns and troweled on a crisp textured white finish for each brick section. The result is a clean white brick facade with excellent insulation and weather protection.
